Candidates

To become a candidate, you’ll need at least 10 years of overall experience, along with a solid background in the healthcare industry. If you’ve got the expertise, we’d love to have you on board!
Joining Venturous as a candidate is quick and simple! Just head to app.venturous.work , click “I’m ready to work,” and complete the prescreens. It’ll only take about 10 minutes or less to get started! Once you’ve completed the process, we’ll review your application and approve you if you meet the candidate qualifications.
After you complete registration and the prescreens, we’ll review your experience to see if you’re a good fit for our community. If you meet the qualifications, you’ll be approved and invited to meet with the Venturous team to discuss your skills, experience, and career goals.
The cultural fit evaluation comes after the candidate interview. Venturous will send you a cultural assessment to help us understand you better. Rest assured, this information will not be used for job matching—it’s simply to get a deeper sense of your values and how you align with our community.
Customizing your candidate profile is a key step in unlocking better job matching opportunities. By providing detailed information about your skills, experience, and career goals, you give us a clearer picture of who you are and what you’re looking for. Venturous actively checks its community of candidates for each job opportunity a company presents. This process is done for every job opening, ensuring that the best matches are found. If your profile aligns with a job opportunity, you’ll be notified, and the job will appear on your home and opportunities pages. You can then review the job description and decide whether to opt in or out of the application process. This gives you the flexibility to choose which opportunities are the best fit for you!

Yes, adding references to your profile definitely helps! Just go to your profile and find the “References” section, where you can easily add your references. Once you’ve added them, Venturous will reach out to your references and update the status once they’ve responded. It’s a great way to strengthen your profile and showcase your credibility.

Adding a job opportunity on Venturous is super easy! Simply log into the company portal, head to the “Home” or “Opportunities” page, and click the “Add a Job Opportunity” button. Fill out a few quick details about the role and interview process, and you’re all set! You can always edit the information later, giving you flexibility as your needs evolve.
As an existing company user, simply head to the “Team” page and click “Add team member.” Enter their name and email, and they’ll get an invite to join Venturous via email! Get your team on board and start collaborating today!

The onboarding call is a quick, 30-minute intro session to help you complete the onboarding process. During this call, we’ll walk you through the next steps, answer any questions you might have, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth and successful experience with Venturous. Venturous makes finding the perfect candidate easy by leveraging our network of pre-vetted, top-tier talent. Once you post a job opportunity, we match you with candidates who are highly qualified and aligned with your needs and company culture. We handle 80% of the vetting process, ensuring that only the best candidates are presented to you, saving you time and effort while helping you find the right fit quickly.
To schedule interviews with candidates, Venturous will gather the candidate’s availability and suggest common available times. You can schedule the interview through the “Opportunities” page by selecting the relevant job and clicking “Schedule Interview” for the candidate. Venturous will then automatically create and send the meeting invite for both you and the candidate.
To offer a candidate a job opportunity, go to the “Opportunities” page after the candidate has completed all interviews. Select the “Make Offer” button for the candidate, and Venturous will be notified. We will then assist you with the contracting process. Congratulations on finding your match!
