For “candidates,” which refers to individuals that access our Website or Services for their own benefit, including individual professionals accessing our Website or registering for our Services that are interested in being placed with our clients to provide fractional or full-time executive services, we may collect the following types of information: 

  • Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”); 

  • Information that is about you but individually does not (but may indirectly) identify you, such as non-personal information that you might list on a resume. For example, this may include current and past work history (which may include the names of companies for which you have worked, dates of service, the positions you held, and other details about your work history), educational experience (including the institutions you attended, the degrees or other recognition earned at such institutions, and the dates you attended and received such degrees/recognition), professional skills (for example, languages spoken, aptitude or experience working with specific business technology or concepts), professional references (including their names, titles or positions, and contact information), and other non-identifying personal details.  

  • Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details, including, for example, the pages on our Website that you visit.

For “client representatives,” meaning individuals representing businesses and other organizations, including business and organizations that are or are interested in becoming our clients to obtain access to our network of talented professionals for fractional and fulltime placement services, we may collect the following types of information: 

    • Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline, including personal and work addresses and numbers depending on which you elect to provide (“personal information”); 

    • Information that is about you but individually does not (but may indirectly) identify you, such as details about the business or organization you work for and your role within that business or organization.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, we may forward a candidate’s resume information to a client that we think may be interested in engaging with that candidate. 

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request. 

  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Service4 and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

Aggregated/Anonymized Information and Artificial Intelligence 

We may compile, use and disclose aggregated, anonymized information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction, for any lawful purposes.  

We may also use artificial intelligence to parse information you provide to us to assist us in providing Services to you and for any other lawful purpose (for example, to assist in matching candidates with clients). In order to maintain and improve this artificial intelligence technology, you agree that we may use the information we collect from or about you to improve or “train” our artificial intelligence models. The fact that any such technology has been trained on information we may have collected from or about you shall not be deemed to vest in you any right or interest in any improvements we make in that technology.    

 

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information 

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:  

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly. 

 

Accessing and Correcting Your Information 

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. 

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.  

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
